Report It Campaign

Sun Aug 03, 2008 5:39 pm by George Dent

I recently read a notice in our local shop window with regard to ‘Don’t Just Ignore it – Report it’ campaign. I wonder how many people do this, which could be about dog fouling, potholes, graffiti, litter etc. I have to say I for one am guilty of this and will most certainly report any issues of concern to the persons concerned. Keep up the good work!

Proposal for a local Cemetery - what is your view?

There was a recent article in the YEP about a proposal to create cemetery, Tile Lane, East Moor. I personally feel it is a good idea for the surrounding area. My initial thoughts are would it prevent more houses being developed with less traffic flow?

My concerns are for the safety of the young, elderly and vulnerable people ...

The area of what used to be wasteland next to the woods leading from the security ba...

Adel Youth Provisions - what is your view?

Fri Oct 03, 2008 10:56 am by Adelian

The last news about provision of youth facilites in Adel seems to be in May from Councillor Anderson. What has happened since then? What are your views on this issue? Should we as a community be giving this more support? What would you like to see provided for the next generations?

Recycle Issue

I receive a lot of junk mail and I am sure many of you do too. I am curious to find out how many of you read junk mail, and if so what do you do with it. Do you just throw it in the black bin or recycle it.
